Celebes Kalossi Regular

This coffee originates from the excellent growing conditions of Indonesia. Celebes Kalossi has a full, heavy body and a rich, earthy flavor featuring subtle hints of berry with a tangy finish. Typical of Indonesian coffees, it has a very low acidity level.

Java Estate Regular

Another excellent Indonesian coffee comes from the esteemed island of Java. Java produces some truly distinct coffees, including this Blawan Estate bean. Low in acidity, as is the norm for Indonesian coffees, this bean produces a medium-heavy body with slightly sweet flavor notes. It is interesting to note that this coffee lacks the earthy flavors of some other Indonesians, something that is a quality of the Blawan Estate beans.

A unique Indonesian, the trees are actually transplants from the Jamaican Blue Mountain growing regions. The combination of the JBM trees and the unique Indonesian soil creates a coffee that is somewhere in between. Not as earthy as a Sumatra, and with a lighter body then a Java, it is a clean cup with sweet acidity and a deep, complex flavor. Roasting this bean to the French Roast level brings out even more body, and the Indonesian earthiness missing from the lighter roasts.

Hailing from the Indonesian island of Sumatra, Mandheling beans are considered to be amongst the regions finest. A staple of coffee shops across the country, Sumatra is famously smooth and rich with an earthy and chocolaty flavor. Ideal as a dessert coffee, or for those who avoid high-acid coffees. Lower in caffeine.
