Today, this family owned business leads their team by delivering on their grandfather Joe's original philosophy…provide world-class customer service while offering the freshest, highest quality foods. Seventeen neighborhood Heinens Fine Food stores now serve various communities throughout Northeast Ohio.

Their conditions: A very basic bulk coffee program.  They wanted help in developing a bulk-roasting program that would meet their high fresh standards and replace their existing supplier.

Our Solution: We helped them deliver a new concept that the Ohio market had never seen before. Java Master is the true differentiator in the coffee market…where flavor is at its peak delivered to the customer’s hands right after roasting.

Results: Heinens has been a Java Master client for seven years. Today we have units in 12 of their stores and they consistently average between 500 to 800 pounds per month per site.
