What
do the flavor charts for
each coffee mean?
Body:
Refers to the perceived oiliness and thickness on the tongue. Ranging
from light to very heavy.
Roast:
Roast is the duration
the beans are “cooked” in the roaster. The longer the roast, the darker
the beans become. When beans are roasted darker, the flavor
profiles become heavier. Additionally, the longer the beans are roasted
the less caffeine remains in the bean. |

do I get? |

| Each 12 ounce bag is
filled and sealed (and resealable) shortly after the beans are roasted, then
shipped the same day for maximum freshness. |

| When Ordering |
| Our standard is whole bean shipping. If you wish the beans ground, please write in the “Notes”
section, what type of grind you want - drip, automatic, fine, coarse,
etc. If there is not a note about grind, the beans will be shipped as
standard whole bean. |

subscriber information with anyone. Our shopping cart does not store
credit card information, just your name, address, phone number, etc.

| Back orders |
| If
we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, our policy is to hold
your order and contact you via e-mail. You can make substitutions or
delete the item. We will not ship partial orders. If only one item from
your order is out of stock, then we will ask you to make a
substitution. We try to reduce substitutions on coffee orders since
many customers have a specific blend or origin they like. We do our
best to keep all our coffees in stock and as you are used to, roasted
on demand. We do our best to keep you informed in case of delays, and
if an item is out of stock, we will quickly notify you by email. |
| Shipping |
| We
use United Parcel Service as our shipping service. The default Web
sales shipping method is UPS Ground. Free Shipping is offered for
orders that are 3 bags or more, and Free Shipping is by UPS Ground
only. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and 3-Day Select.
APOs, PO Boxes, and locations outside the contiguous USA are not
currently supported online. We will gladly ship to such destinations,
but these orders need to be called in at 248-669-1060. |
| Return Shipping Costs |
| Customer
is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error
in shipping the wrong item or wrong quantity. If you change your mind
and want a refund or exchange on an item, you will pay the return
shipping. |
